I graduated in Biology in 2017 and finished my master’s degree in 2019 from FCUP and my research areas are plant nutrition, abiotic stress and phytopathology. During this time, I studied the glutamine synthetase gene family on tomato plants upon different nitrogen conditions or saline stress and different nitrogen forms on kiwifruit development and resistance to a Pseudomonas bacteria. Currently, I received a PhD scholarship which will address biotechnological strategies for efficient water and nitrogen use in tomato plants and will be accomplished at CBQF and FCUP.
