Cláudia Castro

I obtained a BSc in Genetics and Biotechnology from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD), in 2013, and later the degree of MSc in Technological and Comparative Molecular Genetics, in 2016, in the same university. In 2021 I finished my PhD in Chemical and Biological Sciences, in UTAD. In 2020, I started working in the CBQF as a laboratory assistant but I am currently working as a researcher. My areas of specialization are molecular biology and cytogenetics. My current research interests are cosmetic formulations and its impact in the human microbiome.
