I have a master's degree in Food Engineering and currently I’m attending the doctoral program in "Food Science and Technology and Nutrition" taking place at ESB, whose current classification is 16 values. From 2016, to the present, I’m responsible for the Microbiology area of the FRULACT group. Additionally, I’m involved in the leadership of funded projects, in the management of issues related to food security, in the support of multidisciplinary teams in the resolution of microbiological issues and in the orientation of master's theses.
