Diogo Macedo Cachetas

Is a Biochemist (2020) from Universidade do Minho, currently attending Bioinformatics Master's degree at Universidade do Minho, where his interests shift towards data science and systems biology. Worked as a researcher for 2 years in Fibrenamics, experienced in the fields of micro/nanomaterials, textile functionalization, piezoresistive composites and biopolymers. Currently, is a researcher at the Catholic University of Porto developing the master thesis under the supervision of Teacher Drª Célia Manaia and Drª Ivone Moreira as an integral member of the HSoil4Food project.
