Evla is a lecturer at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Alagoas/Brazil. She got her B.Sc. in Nutritional Sciences and M.Sc. in Human Nutrition at the Federal University of Alagoas/Brazil. Currently, Evla is a Ph.D. candidate in Science, Food Technology and, Nutrition at the Centre of Biotechnology and Fine Chemistry (CBQF) from Portuguese Catholic University. Her experience is in Nutritional Epidemiology, Child Nutrition, and Food Security, with a research interest in Food Systems Sustainability.
