Filipa Sobral, teacher and researcher at FEP-UCP and its Centre for Studies in Human Development (CEDH), attended the European Association for Work & Organizational Psychology 2017's Conference, last 19th of May, in Dublin, Ireland, where she presented the lecture "Being a temporary agency worker: A motivation profile analysis" at the Conference's Symposium 1133 – “Temporary Agency Workers’ Well-Being, Attitudes And Behaviors: Motivations Really Matter?”.
