The Center for Digital Creativity (CCD) is an infrastructure of production and R&D using state-of-the-art technologies in the area of digital creativity. It is currently assumed as the interface and knowledge transfer structure of the Sound and Image (SI) area of the School of Arts, among external entities and partners. Internally, it maintains the excellent infrastructure support to the SI's academic activity and to CITAR in the area of Digital Creativity.
In particular, the CCD acts in the following areas:
- Multimedia and Interactive Art
- Digital Design and Digital Fabrication
- Computer Music
- Cinema and Audiovisual
- Computer Animation
And with different operating formats:
- Infrastructure support to productions and projects;
- Transfer of Knowledge and Technology;
- Consulting and R&D Services;
- Active participation in the creation and consolidation of a "Creative Industries" ecosystem in the region and country.
