Internationalization is a strategic priority for the vast majority of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) worldwide.
However, it still means different things to different people. What should HEI’s administrators do when the different stakeholders do not have a common understanding of internationalization concepts and wish to invest resources in different activities in order to go international?
This book is targeted at HEIs’ managers to assist decision-making processes. Through the study of different successful internationalization strategies and the analysis of the main rationales and tools for internationalization, we develop a model to be used by managers to improve economic performance.
