DEVELOPMENT OF A CREAM CHEESE WITH RED FRUITS

The proposed project consists of the development of cream cheese with red fruits. This product is intended to distinguish itself from other existing ones by the fact that it presents a red color and combines the delicacy of cheese-cream with the sweet taste of red fruits. In addition, we aim to develop a cream cheese with a high protein content and low fat content, since it is intended to develop a nutritionally enriched product, but with good organoleptic properties.

The development of this product aims to increase the range of dairy products on the Portuguese market, expanding the diversity of existing flavors by combining a healthy product but with the same organoleptic characteristics of a commercial. The day-to-day running, brings with it the need to take a break and enjoy a good, quick and practical snack.
