Synopsis:
Nutrition has been one of the most important elements in human life since the first day. Nutrition is a person's use of nutrients in sufficient quantities and at the appropriate time in order to grow, develop, live a healthy and productive life for a long time, and to improve the quality of life. Debates about meat production and consumption are often complex and controversial. Meat as human food; It is an important food item in terms of its high protein content, essential amino acid content, and certain vitamin and mineral content. However, consumption and/or excessive consumption of meat that is not properly cut, prepared and stored, can adversely affect human health. The the importance of meat for adequate, balanced and healthy nutrition will be discussed.
