The main goal of the STARGATE project was to enhance CBQF-UCP’s competencies in sensors, multi-omics, and phenotyping data management and analysis, to better understand and modulate desirable traits in crops that are crucial for establishing sustainable and resilient agri-food systems.
This one-day event intends to demonstrate the project accomplishments and predicted impacts of digitalization on the ecological, economic, and technological dimensions of the agri-food systems, from a farm-to-fork perspective. It will bring together national and international specialized researchers and Portuguese companies and associations that are well-established in the agri-food sector to support/create new horizons for more sustainable and resilient food production landscapes.
