FAVA JAVA - VEGETABLE DRINK FOR BREAKFAST BASED ON FAVA

Breakfast is the most frequently skipped meal due to the lack of time to prepare it. In Portugal, this meal usually includes unhealthy products or high in sugar / fat. In addition, the products available for breakfast can contribute to the destruction of natural resources or affect people with different dietary restrictions. In this context, Fava Java appears, which is a ready-to-eat product that can be consumed hot or cold so that the time to prepare a meal is not a problem. Java Fava is a nutritionally balanced product that provides 25g of beans per serving and less than 1.5g of fat. Also containing 2g of fiber in each portion consumed. Java Fava is a plant-based food option, but also gluten free, lactose free and nut allergy.

This product is intended for people who pay attention to their food and its origin, also to people who respect nature or who have a clinical condition that requires the elimination of certain foods from their diet. Java Fava can be consumed by children, teenagers, adults, the elderly and athletes without compromising their lifestyle.
