The Center for Innovation and Technological Support offers a wide range of services to food industry, from troubleshooting, product development, consulting and professional training courses to research projects to a large industrial scale. These activities are carried out by its own highly skilled staff of scientists, engineers and technicians working in dedicated facilities, adjacent to research laboratories accredited (ISO 17025) for a wide range of chemical, microbiological, organoleptic and packaging testing. In addition to these laboratories, are also available various processing equipment operating in pilot scale industrial-type plants, as well as infrastructure specific to consumer studies and sensory analysis.
