Main focus areas: - New raw materials evaluation - Validation of new suppliers for existing raw materials - Agricultural projects managing - Agricultural sustainable initiative promotion - Internal R&D regulatory support Previously: Regulatory affairs specialist in Unilever Italy, Rome (Food & Foodservice brands – Knorr, Calvè, Algida, Findus) and later for Findus Italy, Rome (5 year experience). 6 months of experience after graduation in Ashtown Food Research Centre, Dublin (IE), Prepared Consumer Food Centre department. Master Degree in Food Technology, University of Udine. Main focus area during the experimental thesis works: Cereal Science and Technology.
