Daniela Machado graduated in Clinical Analysis and Public Health by the Health Technology Superior School of Porto (2010) and obtained PhD degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering at University of Minho (2017). Since 2019, she is junior researcher in CBQF with funding FCT Individual Scientific Employment Stimulus (CEECIND/00520/2017) and with a project focused on assessment of therapeutic potential of next generation probiotics in oro-gastrointestinal infections (EXPL/BIA-MIC/0258/2021).
